First off super flipin cute. I really like the way you coloured her it looks really neat. How ever when it came to choosing your actual colour palette I think you could have limited your self a little more. The issue is really prevalent in the top half of her head, their is just too much going on their. When it comes to choosing your colour pallet I find the phrase “Less is More” accurately applies. Although I do love the colour choice on the stroke you used, it goes well with the lower saturated colours while a straight black might have been too intense.

Lookin good. I would really enjoy seeing more stuff from you in the future if their is cute as this one.

The hellboy hand and the hydra looking emblem pop out nicely. The wight boarder high contrasting colours and added texture really work well creating the effect. Looking at it from far away I could have sworn that you had modeling clay built on top of the rest of the drawing. Looks good.
